Apple & Herb Sausage
Cooking Instructions
Sausage – 15m ( the liquid in the bag is the sauce (sticky onion gravy)
Potato – 10m
Suggestion: Add fresh thyme to the sauce before plating

Plating
- Cut open the bag to the potato, and put onto the plate, in the centre, or just off centre depending on where you want to place the sausage.
- Cut open the bag to the sausage fully, using tongs, place the sausage onto the mashed potato.
- At this point you can add fresh chopped thyme if you have to the bag of sticky onion gravy.
- Dump the sticky onion gravy overtop of the sausage.
