Apple & Herb Sausage


Cooking Instructions 

Sausage – 15m ( the liquid in the bag is the sauce (sticky onion gravy)

Potato – 10m

Suggestion:   Add fresh thyme to the sauce before plating

Plating

  1. Cut open the bag to the potato, and put onto the plate, in the centre, or just off centre depending on where you want to place the sausage.
  2. Cut open the bag to the sausage fully, using tongs, place the sausage onto the mashed potato.
  3. At this point you can add fresh chopped thyme if you have to the bag of sticky onion gravy.
  4. Dump the sticky onion gravy overtop of the sausage.
