Duck Cassoulet
Cooking Instructions
Cassoulet – 15m
Garlic Toast – baked from frozen at 400F convection for 9 mins
Crumble - Garnish overtop of the dish either before it goes into the oven, or if skipping this step, just on top before serving.
Suggestion: Pour into a heat proof bowl, shake the herbed parmesan topping overtop and transfer to the oven under Broil for a minute or two, until lightly browned.

Plating
- Using an oven mitt, pull the dish from the oven, but be cafeful as it will be quite hot.
- Transfer to a plate, that has a folded napkin on top.
- Place the garlic toast on the side.
