Cake – 20 to 22 min in a 350 degree oven, baked in its red packaging (should be slightly runny in the very middle)

Raspberry Coulis – Sit in a glass of hot tap water for a few minutes

*tip* to get the cake out of the mold, make an incision with scissors at the open end of the mold (top of the cake) cutting down in a 45 degree angle, slowly unwrapping the cake as you go, be very careful, as it will probably still be liquid in the very bottom at the center.
