Braised Beef

Cooking Instructions

Beef - 25m (the bag contains the vegetables, and sauce for the dish, so all get poured unto the potato puree)

Potato - 10m

Braised beef shoulder on mashed potato wild mushrooms and Dijon Demi glacé


  1. Cut open the puree, pour into the centre of the plate.
  2. Cut open the bag to the Beef, using tongs, take out the beef, and place ontop of the potato puree.
  3. Using a slotted spoon, place the vegetables in the bag, around the beef, or as you wish.
  4. Dump out the remainder of the bag (the sauce) overtop the beef. Garnish with a sprig of thyme, if you see fit.
