Cooking Instructions
Beef - 25m (the bag contains the vegetables, and sauce for the dish, so all get poured unto the potato puree)
Potato - 10m
Plating
- Cut open the puree, pour into the centre of the plate.
- Cut open the bag to the Beef, using tongs, take out the beef, and place ontop of the potato puree.
- Using a slotted spoon, place the vegetables in the bag, around the beef, or as you wish.
- Dump out the remainder of the bag (the sauce) overtop the beef. Garnish with a sprig of thyme, if you see fit.
