15 crispy risotto balls of 3 varieties; Cacio e Pepe: pecorino cheese and black peppercorn, Chili Pork Belly: roasted pork belly and fermented chili, Pesto: spinach and almond pesto stuffed with bocconcini cheese.
*The Pesto & Cacio e Pepe arancini are completely vegetarian for greater versatility for hosting*
*If having as a main meal this will feed two people*
Each meal contains;
- 1 pack of 5 cacio e pepe arancini
- 1 pack of 5 chili pork belly arancini
- 1 pack of 5 pesto bocconcini arancini
- 1 pack of tomato & herb dipping sauce
Wine Pairing;
- Chianti or Chianti Classico from Italy
Cooking Instructions:
Arancini - 18-20 minutes in a 350 degree oven
Sauce - 5m in simmering water
