For all the lucky moms out there, we have a special 3 course menu this year;
We have prepared a classic Beef wellington that you would receive in any high end restaurant, except for it to work for everyone at home, and come out perfect every time from frozen, we have swapped the beef tenderloin for braised brisket.
Tender braised beef brisket wrapped in mushroom duxelle, prosciutto, and a spinach & herb crêpe, all covered in flaky puff pastry, served with a rich demi sauce.
The Wellington itself will serve two people as it comes, or 4 people with your addition of a salad or green vegetable on the side (i.e. broccolini or Brussel sprouts)

Each meal for two contains;
- 1 x Wild mushroom & black truffle soup "or" Prawn bisque (each serves two)
- 1 x Beef Wellington (serves two - four people)
- 2 x chocolate lava cakes with salted caramel sauce

Directions;
Soup - 18 minutes in simmering water
Wellington - 10 minutes at 400, and then 1 hour 5 minutes at 350
Lava Cake - 18 minutes in a 350 degree oven, caramel sauce, a couple of minutes in a cup of warm water
