Our apricot and pork belly terrine is made with freshly ground pork as the base, roasted pork belly, apricots, almonds, freshly grated ginger, and spices, all wrapped in bacon.
Our venison & blueberry terrine is made with freshly ground venison as the base, double smoked bacon, dried blueberries, pecans, freshly grated ginger, and spices, all wrapped in bacon.
Our duck terrine is made with freshly ground duck as the base with chunks of duck breast, double smoked bacon, dried cranberries, walnuts, freshly grated ginger, and spices, all wrapped in bacon.
Terrines are vacuum sealed for peak freshness.
