Fully Prepared Peach Braised Pork Shoulder

Pork shoulder braised in Niagara peach juice and spices, caramelized onion and apple pur̩ee, glazed root vegetables, and a cider mustard seed jus.

This portion is for one very hungry person or two light eaters.

Each meal includes:

  • Braised pork shoulder in peach jus
  • Glazed root vegetables
  • Caramelized onion and peach puree

Wine Pairing:

White - New World Chardonnay from California or local, Pinot Gris from Alsace, France or Oregon, United States

Red - Pinot Noir from Oregon, or local.

 

Cooking Instructions:

Pork - 25m (the liquid in the bag is your sauce and is to be poured over the pork)

Vegetables - 10m (discard the liquid in the bag after cooking)

Purée - 10m
