Fully Prepared Beef Pot Pie

 

House-made pot pie, flaky puff pastry stuffed with large pieces of braised beef chuck flat, confit onions, potato & carrots, in a beef demi glace. wrapped in an herb crepe to keep the moisture in.

Each meal includes:         

1, 5” pot pie.

Pairing:

  • Red - New World; California Cabernet or Zinfandel, Old World; Northern Rhone Syrah, or Right bank Merlot dominate Bordeaux (made in a more new world style)
  • Beer; Guinness or Kilkenny

Cooking Instructions:  

  • Preheat oven to 400F, cook 10 minutes, drop temp to 350F, cook for 50 minutes more.
