Fully Prepared Duck Cassoulet Meal
A hearty blend of confit duck leg & duck breast, roasted pork belly, sausage, cooked down with white beans in hearty duck stock with herbed garlic toast.
*This meal itself contains no dairy or gluten (aside from the garnishes on the side that can be left out)*
Each meal includes:
- 1 pack cassoulet
- 2 pieces garlic toast
- 1 pack of duck skin crumble
Wine pairing:
- White - Dry Riesling from Alsace
- Red - Cahors (malbec) from southern France, Priorat (Grenache blend) from Spain
Cooking Instructions:
Cassoulet - 15m
Garlic Toast - 10m baked from frozen in a 400F oven
Crumble - shake over top of the finished dish
