Fully Prepared Cherry Duck Confit Meal
Spice brined duck confit, cherry gastrique sauce, brown butter butternut squash puree, and ginger vegetables.
Each meal includes:
Confit Leg - 15m in simmering water, than taken out of the package, and placed on a baking sheet with parchment and put into a 425 degree oven for 5 - 10 minutes, until skin is browned and crispy.
Ginger vegetables - 15m in simmering water
Squash puree & Cherry gastrique - 5m in simmering water
