Have the convenience of fresh French style crepes at your finger tips.
Thaw this package and use in a non-stick pan. Keep crepes warm in the oven at 200-250 degrees while you go.
Use with your favourite preserve, Cacio Pepe or the like. Also goes well with the Cacio Pepe Mixed Berry compote, and the Niagara Spiced Apple Butter.
1.Set in fridge overnight before use. You may also place the package in a bowl of cool water for 1-2 hours to bring it to a liquid state faster.
2.Bring a non-stick pan to medium heat, add a few drops of neutral oil (veg/grapeseed) and spread using a papertowel
3.Pour no more than 1/4 cup of batter into the corner of the pan and then tilt the pan so that the batter covers the whole surface evenly, crepes are meant to be extremely thin, and not panckae-like
4.Using a spatula, slowly peel up and loosen the edges and then flip.
5.Once the crepe is finished cooking, fold it in half and half again, making quartered triangles. You can keep them warm in a 200F oven while you continue to cook the rest
