Fully Prepared Chickpea Curry Meal
Harissa spiced chickpea curry, with apricot & spinach, on a roasted eggplant and silken tofu mousse, with an almond and candied ginger crunch.
Each meal contains:
- 1 bag of harissa chickpea curry
- 1 roasted eggplant tofu mousse
- 1 bag almond ginger crunch
Pairing:
- White - Riesling or Gewurtztraminer from Alsace, France, Germany or Local Canadian
- Rose - Local or French from the Rhone or Provence
- Red - Rioja from Spain, or a local Canadian Gamay
Cooking Instructions:
Chickpea - 15m in simmering water
Eggplant Mousse - 5m in a bowl covered with hot tap water
Almond Crunch - Shake overtop of finished dish as garnish
