Fully Prepared Moroccan Lamb & Chickpea Tagine Meal
Ras el Hanout spiced lamb leg & chickpea tagine, with apricot & spinach, with an almond, mint & candied ginger crunch.
*This meal is gluten-free without the addition of the garnish*
Each meal contains:
- 1 bag of lamb & chickpea tagine
- 1 bag almond & mint, ginger crunch
Pairing:
- White - Riesling or Gewurtztraminer from Alsace, France, Germany or Local Canadian
- Rose - Local or French from the Rhone or Provence
- Red - Rioja from Spain, or a local Canadian Gamay
Cooking Instructions:
Tagine - 15m in simmering water
Almond Crunch - Shake overtop of finished dish as garnish (this dish is gluten-free without the addition of the garnish)
