Fully Prepared Lobster Lasagna
Chunks of lobster tail and claw in a tarragon cream sauce, lemon ricotta, zucchini carpaccio and butter poached.
Each meal includes:
- 1 Personal Lasagna (feeds two people with the addition of a salad or garlic toast, or one very hungry individual.
Pairing:
- Chardonnay (oaked if you want to be over indulgent, and want to pair rich with rich, unoaked or moderately oaked if you want to use the acidity in the wine to cut through the richness of the dish)
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F, cook 50 minutes with the lid on, then approximately 25-30 minutes with the lid off until cooked through, and slightly golden on top.
