Fully Prepared Seafood Lasagne
Lobster, prawns and scallops, oven dried cherry tomato, roasted zucchini & eggplant, lemon herb ricotta, and a rosé sauce.
Each meal includes:
- 1 Personal Lasagna (feeds two people with the addition of a salad or garlic toast, or one very hungry individual.
- Rose or Italian Pinot Grigio
Preheat oven to 350F, cook 45 minutes with the lid on, then 15-20 minutes with the lid off until cooked through, and crisped on top.
