515ml of Niagara sweet corn soup. (feeds two)
This is one of our absolute favourite soups, you can’t beat Niagara corn. This is a great soup for starting a dinner party with, as it’s very luxurious in flavour and texture. This would be the go-to soup I would make a lot for all different applications in a restaurant; in truffle season to pair simply with freshly shaved truffles, to pour around a perfectly seared scallop, simply with a dollop of creme franc he, or just perfect simply on its own.
Cooking Instructions:
Corn Soup- 15m in simmering water, cut open bag and pour into bowl.
