Pork shoulder braised in Niagara peach juice and spices, bacon bread pudding, and a caramelized onion & peach purée.
Each meal includes:
White - New World Chardonnay from California or local, Pinot Gris from Alsace, France or Oregon, United States
Red - Pinot Noir from Oregon, or local.
Pork - 25m (the liquid in the bag is your sauce and is to be poured over the pork)
Bread pudding - 10m in simmering water, place in a 425F oven for 10m to crisp up
