Pork shoulder braised in Niagara peach and spices, bacon bread pudding, and a caramelized onion & peach purée.

Each meal includes:

  • Braised pork shoulder in peach jus
  • Bacon bread pudding 
  • Caramelized onion and peach puree

Wine Pairing:

White - New World Chardonnay from California or local, Pinot Gris from Alsace, France or Oregon, United States

Red - Pinot Noir from Oregon, or local.

 

Cooking Instructions:

Pork - 25m (the liquid in the bag is your sauce and is to be poured over the pork)

Bread pudding - 10m in simmering water, place in a 425F oven for 10m to crisp up
