Our version of a southern classic. This one is for all the meat lovers out there, our chili consists of brisket, pulled pork, smoked ham hock, pork shoulder & bacon, with three different beans, in an ancho chipotle tomato base. Served with garlic toast.

Each meal includes:
1 pack Chili
1 pack Garlic toast (2 pcs)
Red - Beer. Just kidding, but also not kidding. Tempranillo from Spain, Cotes du Rhone or GSM (Grenach Syrah Mouvedre) blends. Zinfandel out of California, also a French Beaujolais, or local Gamay Noir slightly chilled would fit the bill just fine.
