Fully Prepared Stuffed Squid & Prawns Meal
Loligo squid, stuffed with Mediterranean sausage, with jumbo prawns and broccolini, in a saffron roasted red pepper ragu with capers and lemon zest.
Each meal includes:
- 1 pack 3 x stuffed squid, 2 x jumbo prawns in a saffron ragu
- 1 pack of toasted almonds
Wine Pairings:
- White - Italian pinot grigio, lugana or a prosecco.
- Rose or Rosado
- Red - Beaujolais or lighter Spanish Rioja (not Riserva) or Mencia with a slight chill.
Cooking Instructions:
Squid - 15m in simmering water
Toasted Almond - Shake over top as garnish
